La Familia Bible is a worldwide Bible app for all ages. You can read Scripture without joining a church. If you accept a church invitation, the app also shows that church’s information and activity. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Using the app without a church (everyone)
You may use Bible reading and related tools with little or no account data. If you create an account, we store credentials and profile fields you provide (such as display name, email, preferences, and optional photo). Reading progress and similar study data may sync when you are signed in and online. We use infrastructure providers (for example Supabase) to host accounts and app data securely.
After you join a church by invitation
When you enter a valid invite code, we store your membership in that church and may show your name or role to church staff according to app features. That church’s branding, schedules, events, announcements, and sermons can appear in the app. Leaving a church stops that reframing; you can still use the Bible features.
What we use data for
We use data to provide the app, sync your account across devices, show the correct church content when invited, improve reliability and security, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information. Church staff only see what the product and permissions allow for their church.
All ages and families
The app is intended for all ages as a family-friendly Bible and church companion. It is not a kids-only product. Parents should help younger children with accounts and invitations. We do not knowingly collect more data than needed to run the service.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your account in Settings while signed in. This removes your login and associated app account data we control (subject to legal retention). Church content you did not own (for example public announcements) may remain for other members.
